Richemont in Madrid seeks an experienced Retail Controller to oversee financial control for our boutiques across Spain. You will manage GL reconciliations, month-end close, and boutique collection controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a leading luxury group.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail controlling, AML knowledge, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and the ability to train boutique staff on internal controls. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail controlling or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of retail compliance regulations including AML and cash controls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute timely reconciliation and clearing of GL accounts including trade debtors, VAT, and deposits.
• Oversee timely completion of month-end closing tasks per Group policies.
• Implement and monitor boutique collection controls (A/R, vouchers, pre-payments, bank confirmations).
• Conduct reviews of boutique documentation for AML compliance and invoice/payment limits.
• Act as liaison for boutiques, training staff on operational processes and internal controls.
• Perform daily controls on boutique operations including cash sales, bank accounts, AML, card sales, vouchers, and procedures.
