Qualifications

• Contract length up to 12 months.
• Experience in a compliance environment and following codes/procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation using PDA.
• Experience in developing and maintaining good customer relations.
• Willing to travel outside the assigned region and hold a valid driving license; English and Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, safety and environmental inspections with minimal supervision.
• Follow GE policies, procedures and hospital protocols; complete necessary documentation.
• Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper follow-up.
• Assist more experienced technicians on basic and complex repairs as needed.
• Work with local team to ensure efficient service delivery and document actions/reports.
• Enhance technical knowledge of standards, codes and procedures for safe medical equipment use.
