Mindray Spain is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support PMLS and UIS products across Spain from Madrid. You will deliver field service, provide remote support, and collaborate with international teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include field service experience with medical devices, knowledge of Mindray equipment, willingness to travel throughout Spain, and fluency in Spanish and English. The role offers professional development and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Field Service Engineer experience
• Experience with medical devices
• PMLS or UIS experience valued
• Biomedical Engineering qualification desirable
• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment
• Ability to provide technical support and basic customer training
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Spain

Responsabilidades

• Field service delivery to end users across Spain.
• Remote technical support to distributors, service partners, and end users.
• Internal technical support to the service sales and operations teams.
• Management of the assigned service territory, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support installation projects and coordinate larger equipment installations when required.
• Complete all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in accordance with service procedures and timelines.
• Provide technical support for tenders and sales opportunities when required.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and company assets in good working condition.
• Manage spare parts inventory and company vehicle assigned to the role.
• Deliver basic operational or technical training to customers when necessary.
• Track and maintain service documentation, inventory, and loan equipment.
• Perform other service-related duties as assigned by the Field Service Supervisor.
