Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's in electronics, electromechanics or biomedical engineering technology, or solid Field Service Engineer experience.
• Experience in electromedicine or imaging within healthcare.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and systematic approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain modality-specific models in the assigned area.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Communicate equipment status clearly to end-users and managers to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in account sales visits and training; identify opportunities for the account team.
• Support growth and direction of business in the geographic area.
• Control warranty and PMS contract costs.
• Complete all administrative tasks on time with inspections documentation.
• Lead complex and multifunctional rooms; share best practices.
