CTG Partners in Madrid is seeking a BIM Manager (MEP Focus) to lead digital delivery and BIM coordination for complex Data Centre developments. You will drive model integration, clash resolution, and ensure BIM standards across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 5+ years in BIM management, strong Autodesk tools expertise, and fluent English; Spanish is advantageous. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors in a fast-paced

Formación

• Degree in Architecture, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of BIM Management / Senior Coordination experience with MEP expertise.
• Proven Data Centre / mission-critical facilities experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, Solibri and CDE platforms (ACC/BIM 360).
• Advanced English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic BIM Management: Develop BEP and project information requirements for Data Centre projects.
• MEP Coordination & Model Management: Oversee 3D modeling, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure models and drawings meet ISO 19650 and client specs.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Lead BIM coordination meetings and guide BIM coordinators and modelers.
