RED Engineering Design is seeking a BIM Coordinator based in Madrid to advance Data Centre projects using cutting-edge BIM technology. The role involves coordinating multi-discipline teams, maintaining BIM models and 3D coordination, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Revit/Navisworks experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong background in Building Services Engineering.

Formación

• Minimum of three years’ experience using Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Autodesk BIM360, ACC, or Forma in project environments.
• Proven track record of 3d modelling and coordination on construction projects within CAD/BIM MEP environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong experience in Building Services Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate project resourcing requirements and changes to tasks and workload with Project BIM Lead and BIM Manager.
• Set up BIM project environments including CDEs, templates, and content.
• Produce and maintain BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications using Autodesk Forma.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to integrate BIM processes into project planning and execution.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software to team members.
