Cundall's Madrid office is seeking a talented Building Services BIM Technician to produce coordinated BIM models and drawings for a range of exciting buildings. You will develop 3D BIM models using Revit, working closely with engineers and other disciplines to support design development.

Experienced in Revit and ideally Navisworks/Autodesk Forma; you will contribute to compliant documentation and streamlined workflows within a proactive, collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Experience using Revit for coordinated BIM models across design stages.
• Strong ability to plan and manage workload in BIM projects.
• Effective communication with engineers and BIM specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Produce coordinated 3D BIM models and drawings for all design stages.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop integrated models.
• Support design processes with digital engineering tools.
