Turner & Townsend in Madrid is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead model-based data management and collaboration across major projects. The role requires strong BIM governance, data verification, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years’ BIM experience, advanced English, and expertise with Revit, Navisworks and ACC tools. You will contribute to implementing BIM standards on large-scale programmes.

Formación

• 5+ years’ BIM management experience in architecture, engineering and construction projects across the full lifecycle.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency for client-facing delivery and collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM process across organisational, programme and project levels.
• Define BIM implementation strategy and project setup.
• Manage BIM information and supply chain coordination.
• Perform BIM compliance checks and data verification.
• Lead BIM workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
