Turner & Townsend is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Madrid to lead BIM implementation across projects, ensuring data integrity and model quality. The role requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a systematic approach to BIM governance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive BIM management experience, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC, and excellent English communication. The role offers an on-site position in Madrid within Turner & Townsend's Digital division.

Formación

• 5+ years of BIM management experience in architecture, engineering and construction projects.
• Strong data analysis and data visualisation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with project stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Discovery, understanding and BIM requirements development (OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, PIRs).
• BIM implementation strategy and project setup.
• Project and programme BIM execution.
• BIM information management and supply chain management.
• BIM compliance checking and data verification.
• Lead model assurance activities and develop BIM Execution Plans.
