Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, is seeking a Billing Specialist in Madrid to manage onboarding into the billing system, upload invoices, and process financial documents for both professional services and SaaS offerings.

You will collaborate with Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or Linguistic.
• First experience in a billing, AR or similar role within finance.
• Business fluency in English is a must-have.
• Strong communications skills to deal with different internal stakeholders and in multinational teams.
• Very comfortable with numbers.
• Target driven, quick learner and team player.
• Independent and entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Located in Madrid to work on-site from Celonis Madrid office.

The Team

From a finance perspective, the Billing team is critical to Celonis\' growth. We act as business partners, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of global deals to meet deadlines and optimize cash flow. The Billing Specialist will report to the Billing Team Lead.

The Role

As a Billing Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing the team\'s mailbox, processing purchase orders, handling customer onboarding requests, uploading portal invoices, invoicing for both professional services and SaaS. You will collaborate with various departments such as Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to achieve shared objectives. The role requires good independent judgment to evaluate and resolve unique situations effectively.
