Celonis is seeking a Billing Specialist based in Madrid to manage onboarding into the billing system, upload invoices, and process financial documents including POs. You will coordinate with Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing for both professional services and SaaS.

The role requires a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Linguistics, English fluency, and strong numerical and communicative skills. Madrid-based, one-site work.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Linguistics.
• First experience in a billing, AR or similar role within finance.
• Business fluency in English as a Must-have.
• Strong communications skills to deal with different internal stakeholders.
• Very comfortable with numbers.
• Target driven, quick learner and team player.
• Located in Madrid to work one-site from the Celonis Madrid office.

The Team

From a finance perspective, the Billing team is critical to Celonis' growth. We act as business partners, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of global deals to meet deadlines and optimize cash flow. The Billing Specialist will report to the Billing Team Lead.

The Role

As a Billing Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing the team's mailbox, processing purchase orders, handling customer onboarding requests, uploading portal invoices, invoicing for both professional services and SaaS. You will collaborate with various departments such as Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to achieve shared objectives. The role requires good independent judgment to evaluate and resolve unique situations effectively.
