Netzon Group in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Customer Support Agent who speaks German and English to assist Netatmo campaign clients with smart home products.

You will handle technical queries, strive for first-contact resolutions, and work in a warm, multicultural team environment with hybrid in-office and remote arrangements.

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Technical Customer Support Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Netatmo Campaign.

About the Role

As a Technical Customer Support Agent, you will be in charge of helping Netatmo clients for any type of issues they could have with their smart consumer electronics (Smart Locks, Smart Weather Station, Smart Camera, etc.). You will handle tech queries from customers and strive for first-contact resolutions.

What We Offer

• Start Date: ASAP.
• Contract: Temporary until December 31 (1 Month of probation with possible extension for 2027)
• Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Salary: €25,160.16 gross per year.
• Performance Bonus: €100 gross monthly based on KPIs.
• Top Performer Bonus: €150 monthly based on KPIs.
• Working Model: Hybrid (6 days per month in office).
• Training: 1 week
