Formación

• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Sales experience would be highly valued.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the placement process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to improve services.
