M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., is seeking a Qualitative Project Assistant who will coordinate qualitative projects and assist the Project Manager to ensure deliverables meet client specs. You will work with respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies, and ensure quality before delivery.

The role requires managing respondents and vendors, negotiating costs, and maintaining strong relationships, with occasional client liaison on behalf of Project Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Must be business fluent in German and English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate qualitative projects with respondents, vendors, freelancers and translation agencies.
• Check quality of deliverables before client submission.
• Recruit respondents locally and from panels/free-findings; screen and re-screen participants.
• Manage vendors and freelancers, negotiate costs, monitor progress through project lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.
• Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers when required.
