You will represent client interests, manage resources, and ensure compliance with Spanish regulations. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, has a strong track record in project management, and proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project and Primavera P6. You’ll Be Responsible For

• Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
• Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
• Own risk register and change control processes.
• Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.
• Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction.

You’ll Need To Have

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing €multi‑million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
