A leading construction consultancy in Madrid is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee €multi-million construction projects from inception to completion. You will represent client interests, manage resources, and ensure compliance with Spanish regulations. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, has a strong track record in project management, and proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project and Primavera P6. You’ll Be Responsible For

• Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
• Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
• Own risk register and change control processes.
• Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.
• Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction.

You’ll Need To Have

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing €multi‑million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
