Job summary

The Game Kitchen in Seville is seeking a Producer Assistant to support the Lead Producer and manage cross-team coordination for production projects. You will ensure freelancers have materials and context, track status and blockers, and deliver essential reports and documentation.

Fluent English and Spanish, strong organizational skills, and experience in production coordination or game development administration are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in production coordination, project management, or game development administration.
• Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-departmental and external communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tracking software such as Jira.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level direction from the Lead Producer.
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and freelancers, ensuring they have materials and context.
• Maintain visibility over project status, deadlines, and daily blockers, escalating them when necessary.
• Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communication regarding daily needs, blockers, and announcements.
• Produce reports, presentations, and documentation required for production operations.
