Morningstar is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Madrid to deliver high-quality service to our French institutional clients via calls, emails, and chats. You will collaborate with operations, development, sales, and product teams to resolve issues and advocate for product enhancements.

A strong multilingual skill set and a keen customer focus are essential. Based in our Madrid office, the role reports to the Customer Support Manager for EMEA and participates in our hybrid work model

Formación

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest-quality service to French institutional clients via inbound calls and feedback emails.
• Collaborate with data operations, development, sales, and product teams to resolve client issues.
• Proactively suggest product enhancements based on client interactions.
• Become a product specialist across Morningstar’s methodologies and features.
• Provide QA on new features prior to release.
• Document client feedback and activity for product improvement.
