Axway is hiring an Inside Sales Junior for a 12-month V.I.E. assignment in Madrid. The role focuses on generating and qualifying opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline, with outbound and inbound leads, and collaboration with Account Executives.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a passion for tech, a strong German language skill, and a drive for results. The position offers a structured V.I.E. path in a multinational team, in a fast-growing market.

Formación

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong interest in SaaS, tech and innovative environments.
• Excellent level of German is required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate opportunities via outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads.
• Coordinate prospecting campaigns with Account Executives.
• Qualify needs and identify business and technical challenges.
• Present value proposition of our solutions.
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations with Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Contribute to achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
• Improve prospecting strategies continuously.
