Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Madrid is seeking a German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent to deliver top-notch support on-site. You will handle inquiries in both languages via phone, email, and chat, ensuring courteous, accurate responses and timely issue resolution.

The role requires morning shifts (7h–16h), CRM record-keeping, and a commitment to ongoing product knowledge to assist customers effectively. EU work authorization is required.

Formación

• Fluent German (written and spoken) at C1 level or above.
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) at C1 level or above.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on-site in Madrid and morning shifts.
• EU work authorization or valid permit to work in Spain.
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools).

Responsabilidades

• Handle German and Spanish customer interactions by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, courteous responses to inquiries.
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, satisfaction).
• Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with team to continuously improve service delivery.
