Betway, part of Super Group, is seeking a Customer Service Host to deliver high-quality support in Spanish and English across calls, chats, and emails. The role involves shift work and collaborating with regional teams to ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic online gaming environment.

You will engage with customers, resolve queries, and contribute to maintaining secure, responsible gaming experiences while growing your skills in a fast-paced, global contact center.

Formación

• Spanish as home/first language essential.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently).
• Valid work/residence permit for the European Union.
• The ability to handle complex interactions clearly and effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all interactions.
• Be available for shift rotations.
• Completed high school qualification.
• 2 years’ work experience post qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer service via telephone, email, and live chats in Spanish and/or English.
• Assist on tasks in other regions using translation tools when required.
• Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
• Enter relevant data into databases.
• Complete tasks assigned during shift and manage customer relationships.
• Cross-sell products and services and handle queries efficiently.
