Betway, part of Super Group, is expanding its International Customer Support teams in Ceuta. We are seeking passionate, driven Customer Service Hosts to provide world-class support via live chats, calls and emails in Spanish and English, and to help grow our gaming brand in a fast-paced environment.

You will rotate shifts, handle queries, manage databases, cross-sell products, and contribute to a safe, responsible gambling environment while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Formación

• Spanish as home language essential.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively.
• Valid work/residence permit for the European Union.
• Completed high school qualification.
• 2 years' work experience post qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer service by responding to queries via telephone, email, and live chats in Spanish and English.
• Handle tasks across regions using translation tools when required.
• Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment and update databases.
• Assist with cross-selling of products and services and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage shifts and adhere to schedule while maintaining high-quality service.
