Job summary

The Hoxton Poblenou in Barcelona seeks a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations. You will greet guests with warmth, verify bills, and assist with recommendations for local shows and dining.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Catalan and other languages are highly valued. Previous hotel experience is a plus, and you’ll join a vibrant, international group with plenty of development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan is highly valuable and other languages are a plus.
• Previous hotel or similar environment experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face guests see and provide friendly, responsive service.
• Handle guest check-in/out, verify bills, and assist with requests.
• Coordinate with other hotel teams to manage occupancy and services.
• Answer calls and guide guests to show recommendations and local dining experiences.
