Job summary

Axalta in Asturias is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to be the primary interface for customers, distributors and internal teams. The role emphasizes accurate order processing and timely delivery while protecting revenue and service levels.

You will collaborate with sales, back office, and logistics, handle credit issues when needed, and ensure compliance with SOX and ISO while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish advantageous
• Proficient in Word and Excel; good knowledge of SAP
• 2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics in an international company
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer-focused, team player, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex orders
• Monitors open orders, product availability and lead times to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborates with sales, back office and other stakeholders to meet customer needs
• Manages credit holds and issues invoice adjustments as needed
• Adheres to SOX, ISO and other compliance requirements
• Processes customer service and product complaints and returns per policy
