The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years in admin/legal work, and fluency in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or legal field.
• Read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains understanding of certification compilation and research process, including obtaining information.
• Reviews engineering documentation and verifies required notations.
• Obtains and reviews engineering documentation via relevant systems.
