Pentasia is seeking a Regulatory Compliance specialist to support the requirements of the DGOJ for the Spanish market. The role involves researching regulatory requirements, creating action plans, liaising with DGOJ and authorities, and delivering compliance initiatives across the organisation.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years' iGaming regulatory experience, a law-related degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Political Science (or related field).
• 3–7 years' experience in iGaming regulatory compliance.
• Experience liaising with regulatory authorities (DGOJ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish market knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research and communicate regulatory requirements for the Spanish market.
• Support Compliance Manager to meet Spanish regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulator updates and market developments.
• Develop regulatory policies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate audits and responses to enquiries by Spanish authorities.
• Promote a culture of compliance through training and awareness.
