Dow Jones & Company is seeking a Customer Service Associate fluent in English and Chinese to support customers across Dow Jones products via telephone, email, and chat. You will work within a multinational team, handling inquiries on navigation, content, subscriptions, billing, and delivery, and strive to deliver professional, positive experiences.

You will be scheduled between 11:00 PM and 10:30 AM CET, collaborate with teams, maintain knowledge of products, and develop expertise across Dow

Formación

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) in a corporate setting.
Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve inquiries across channels.
Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly.

Responsabilidades

Provide high-quality customer support by phone, email, web chat, and other channels across Dow Jones products.
Assist customers with inquiries related to navigation, content, data, billing, subscriptions, pricing, delivery, and account administration.
Deliver professional, positive experiences to strengthen satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Own customer inquiries through resolution using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
