Foundever is expanding and seeks Customer Service Agents to join an automotive project at our Madrid offices. You will provide multi-channel support and handle inquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer service.
• Native or bilingual Spanish (C2).
• English at least C1.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good digital skills.
• Portuguese language skills are a plus.
