Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held devices) and able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends and adjust plans accordingly.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Ensure presentation and brand standards on the sales floor.
