Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Data Coordinator to ensure that Unique Agreement Numbers (UANs) and vendor pricing conditions are accurately reflected in SAP and internal systems.

You will review vendor documentation, enter pricing and product data, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain data quality. The role offers exposure to SAP, pricing workflows, and an international technology distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; further education is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and good working knowledge of English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data and performing basic numerical calculations.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or business systems.
• Previous experience with SAP, data entry, pricing, administration or back-office processes is a plus, but not essential.

Play an important role in ensuring that vendor special pricing agreements are accurately reflected in our systems and available to our sales teams and customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing vendor documentation and creating Unique Agreement Numbers (UANs) in SAP, translating special pricing conditions into accurate system data.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in developing experience in pricing processes, SAP and an international technology distribution environment.
