TD SYNNEX in Barcelona is seeking a motivated General Ledger Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals and ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

You will oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, review journal entries and reconciliations, and partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Operations in a dynamic international environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of accounting experience in multinational/ SSC environment.
• Previous people management or supervisory experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on developing people and driving efficiencies.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and BW/HANA.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• SOX compliance and audit experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounts for US GAAP compliance.
• Perform financial statement reviews, balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis, and support management reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Monitor and report KPIs and drive service excellence.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit activities.
• Manage fixed asset accounting processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects and other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a multinational or Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.


• Previous people management or supervisory experience.


• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for developing people and driving efficiencies.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


• Strong knowledge of SAP and BW/HANA.


• Advanced Excel skills.


• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.


• SOX compliance and audit experience preferred.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
