Job summary

TD SYNNEX seeks a detail‑oriented pricing data assistant to create and maintain UANs in SAP from vendor agreements. You will review documentation, manage pricing and product data, and ensure accuracy across internal systems.

The role emphasizes data quality and timely processing in a global technology distribution environment. You will gain hands‑on SAP experience, work with cross‑functional teams, and support vendors and sales with accurate pricing information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; further education is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and good working knowledge of English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or business systems.
• Previous experience with SAP, data entry, pricing, administration or back-office processes is a plus, but not essential.

Play an important role in ensuring that vendor special pricing agreements are accurately reflected in our systems and available to our sales teams and customers. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing vendor documentation and creating Unique Agreement Numbers (UANs) in SAP, translating special pricing conditions into accurate system data. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in developing experience in pricing processes, SAP and an international technology distribution environment.

• Create and maintain UANs in SAP based on special pricing agreements received from vendors.
