Pixie in Brussels is launching its Belgian operations and seeking a passionate business development leader to drive market entry in Belgium. You will build client relationships, negotiate contracts, and shape the growth while mentoring junior managers. Fluency in English and French is required, and autonomy in IT staffing BD is essential.

This is a high-ownership role with competitive base and commission, offering opportunities to lead, grow, and scale a new international footprint within Pixie.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pixie's market entry and business development strategy in Belgium.
• Build and nurture relationships with new clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Select, onboard and mentor junior to Medior Business managers.
