Payhawk in Barcelona seeks a Business Development Representative to lead the Italian and Spanish market outreach, introducing Payhawk's AI-powered spend management platform to prospective clients and generating pipeline for Account Executives.

You will own outbound prospecting campaigns, use demand-gen campaigns, and build a strong sales pipeline targeting mid-market companies. You will analyze results and iterate strategies to exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Italian language skills at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting campaigns using emails, calls, social selling and events.
• Use marketing-led demand generation campaigns to identify and follow up with prospects, build relationships and generate leads.
• Build a strong sales pipeline for the Spanish market, targeting 200+ employee companies that fit our ICP.
• Proactively develop new niches and campaign ideas to improve outreach.
• Analyze outreach and campaign results to refine future strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets and support growth.
