Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Scilife, a remote-first eQMS software company, is looking for a BDR Manager to build and lead our Europe-based Business Development team. You’ll own strategy across inbound, partner, and outbound channels and report to the VP of Sales.
You’ll hire, coach, and grow BDRs, turning outbound into a repeatable engine that fuels 35% of the pipeline. Join a fully remote team spanning Europe and beyond, with opportunities to advance into Account Executive roles.
Scilife is a global, remote-first team behind an eQMS software that enables life sciences companies to manage their quality processes digitally, stay compliant, and ensure continuous audit readiness.
We believe better technology leads to simpler, stronger quality management, and ultimately brings safe products to the market. At Scilife, your work helps improve how regulated companies operate every day.
Every customer relationship at Scilife starts with a first conversation. As our BDR Manager, you’ll make sure the right ones happen, and that every quality leader who speaks to us comes away with a great first impression.
We’re looking for a BDR Manager to build and lead our Business Development team in EMEA. Your team is the main source of new business pipeline for Scilife, so this role sits right at the heart of our growth. It’s a manager role with no personal quota: you succeed when your team succeeds.
You’ll own strategy and execution across all three pipeline channels:
Outbound is where you’ll make your biggest mark. It’s our least established channel today, and your key challenge is to turn it into a consistent, repeatable process that delivers 35% of the total company pipeline.
You’ll hire, coach and grow a team of BDRs, and help them build careers here, including the move into Account Executive roles.
You’ll report to our VP of Sales, who sets the territory, targets and priorities. How you get there is up to you.
What you bring:
Bonus points if you have:
During the process, we’ll explore how you approach:
We’ll also talk about how you live our values:
Join a team of talented, motivated people who share our values and a common goal: boosting science and improving life. We’re 100% remote, with Scilifers spread from Jodhpur to Antwerp and from Barcelona to Miami. Location shouldn’t limit potential.
We work across time zones, but we stay close through chat and video calls, and twice a year we all get together for an all-expenses-paid team gathering. We’re a friendly bunch who don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we’re driven and we get things done.
We’ll set you up with the hardware and software you need (hello, new laptop!). We’ll also listen to what you need to do your best work, because we believe a healthy work-life balance makes for better results.
This is a rare chance to build a function. Your team will create the pipeline that drives our growth, and you’ll have the room to shape how we do it. If you’re a solution-oriented builder who loves developing people, we can’t wait to welcome you aboard.
A note to recruitment agencies: We manage our hiring directly and don’t accept unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies. We only work with agencies that we’ve asked to support a specific role and that have a signed agreement with Scilife.
Any CV sent to Scilife or to any Scilife employee without that agreement will be treated as a direct application. We won’t pay any fee or commission if we hire a candidate introduced this way.
