• Conduct process assessments and define future-state operating models across commercial functions
• Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end platform implementation
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage project documentation (plans, RAID)
• Support IT and commercial strategy, including CRM, events management, and consent management optimization
• Drive change management activities including training design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning
• Act as trusted advisor to clients with structure, insight, and industry best practices
• Engage in Sales processes by participating in RfP responses and delivering presentations

As our next Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. We offer specialised management consulting services, working with top-tier life sciences companies as well as biotech startups — locally and globally. About the role

We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Senior Consultants who can contribute across a broad spectrum of projects - including implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting. The role is open to candidates with either a technical background or a business consulting mindset, as long as you bring curiosity, structure, and a collaborative spirit.

You will work closely with global cross-functional teams, helping clients translate business goals into scalable, system-supported solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct process assessments and define future-state operating models across commercial functions.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end implementation of platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage documentation (e.g., project plans, RAID logs).
• Support IT and commercial strategy definition, including CRM, Events management implementation, Consent management optimization and system integration.
• Drive change management activities, including training design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing structure, insight, and industry best practices.
• Engage in Sales processes by taking part in RfP responses and delivering presentations.

You bring the following experience:

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, project delivery, or the life sciences industry.
• Experience working in global and/or regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or financial services.
• Prior consulting experience, particularly within leading consulting firms, is valued but not required.

Furthermore, you bring experience within the following areas:

CRM & Commercial Technology:

• Hands-on consulting experience with Salesforce, Veeva, and other CRM platforms; Salesforce and Veeva certifications are a plus.
• Experience contributing to Salesforce Effectiveness initiatives, including CRM adoption, sales process optimisation, and user engagement.
• Exposure to enterprise platform rollouts, system implementations, or integration projects.
• Technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams is an advantage.

Life Sciences & Compliance

• Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, consent management processes, and related compliance frameworks.
• Experience with event management processes and supporting technologies is a plus.

Project & Change Management

• Experience delivering projects using Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies (PMP, Agile certifications, or similar are a plus).
• Ability to facilitate workshops, translate client needs into practical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support change initiatives in complex organisations.
• Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Communication

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to create impactful presentations and confidently communicate with diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
