The Systems Engineer will contribute to the design and development of battery systems, supporting requirement definition, verification planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure safe, reliable solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, hardware and software teams, validation planning, and applying best practices in systems engineering across defence- and mobility-focused

Formación

• 3+ years as systems engineer for complex, safety-critical electrical/software/mechanical systems.
• Proven experience in high-voltage battery system development including safety analysis, design and validation.
• Experience with requirements-based engineering processes and tools (Polarion, JAMA, DOORS or similar).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Capture and document system-level requirements and traceability.
• Contribute to battery system design, interfaces, and system diagrams.
• Support testing and validation plans, campaigns and data reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design, hardware and software teams.
• Escalate risks or deviations and promote best practices in systems engineering.
