PowerCo Battery Spain, S.A.U. in Valencia is seeking an experienced Operations professional to oversee daily production and sub-process areas of cell manufacturing. You will work with process experts to monitor parameters, verify processes, and drive improvements across equipment and workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in the sector.

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production and process parameters; identify root causes and resolve issues.
- Collaborate on sub-process areas of cell manufacturing with process experts.
- Support process verification concepts and evaluate input factors and outputs.
- Evaluate equipment capability and set up process parameters.
- Issue working instructions and parameter handbooks for sub processes.
- Execute process verification and DoE; organize machine training.
- Participate in daily shop-floor management and weekly production data reviews.
- Analyze CpK data and contribute to continuous improvement.
