Job summary

Costa Navarino is seeking a Bartender to join our team in a luxury hospitality setting. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain bar operations, and provide attentive guest service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and experience as Barista/Bartender; strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails, and English communication are essential. Training and growth opportunities are available in a multicultural, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place, ensure product availability and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and products; upsell where appropriate.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, bar equipment and tools.
• Monitor stock levels and keep work area clean and safe; report needs promptly.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, SOPs and health & safety requirements; participate in training.

We are looking for an Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage products while maintaining efficient bar preparation and equipment care. You will deliver attentive and welcoming service throughout every guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders accurately and provide courteous and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, classic and signature cocktails according to approved recipes and Brand Standards.
• Prepare mise en place, maintain product availability and replenish supplies according to operational needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients and products, applying appropriate selling and upselling techniques.
• Operate, clean and maintain coffee machines, bar equipment and tools properly.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain clean, organized and safe work areas, reporting replenishment or maintenance needs when required.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, company policies, SOPs and Health & Safety requirements, while participating in training and keeping up to date with coffee and beverage trends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma. Recognized barista or bartending training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Barista or Bartender in a high-volume or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails and beverage preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong guest service, selling and upselling skills, with a proactive and guest-focused approach.
• Proficiency in POS systems, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, consistency and time management, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to varying shifts.
