Job summary

Sofitel Barcelona Skipper in Barcelona is offering a six-month internship in the Reservations department. You will handle guest inquiries, manage individual and group bookings, and learn Opera PMS and Resaweb in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to intern in Spain from start date; no visa sponsorship.
• Currently enrolled in hospitality or business school.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer care via phone and email.
• Manage individual and group reservations.
• Use Opera PMS and Resaweb.
• Follow up reservations across channels to ensure perfect service.
• Review all reservations to verify details.
