BidMachine Exchange, a fast-growing global programmatic exchange, seeks a General Manager DSP in Barcelona to own the commercial results for our in-app DSP on iOS and Android. You will decide what to build, optimize campaigns for profitability, and lead a small cross-functional squad.

You will collaborate across functions, manage a P&L, and drive AI-enabled performance while expanding external advertiser partnerships and maintaining a data-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Has built or scaled a performance DSP and can discuss cold-start experiences.
• Previously owned a P&L or commercial metric and engaged with advertisers.
• Experience with UA economics: CPI, ROAS, and ad revenue distribution.
• Led teams of data scientists and engineers and evaluated their work.
• Demonstrated AI in practical, commercial/product contexts with measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in pulling and interpreting campaign, bidding, and margin data.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona and work office-first.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial result of the DSP, including P&L, experiments, and hosting costs.
• Plan the build sequence and decide which components to develop and in what order.
• Make campaigns profitable by optimizing install supply and ROAS.
• Bring on external advertisers once models are ready and maintain weekly communication.
• Lead a small squad of data scientists, analysts and engineers and guide hiring.
• Coordinate with exchange, engineering, and finance on infrastructure and profit accounting.
• Run experiments with clear hypotheses and maintain a reproducible decision log.
