Titan OS is seeking an entrepreneurial DSP Partnership Director to lead the implementation, optimization, and measurement of performance campaigns across CTV in Europe. You will combine deep technical expertise in CTV advertising and DSPs with a data-driven mindset to drive campaign performance.

Based in Barcelona, you will own end-to-end campaign execution, audience targeting, and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, performance marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience managing CTV performance campaigns with one or more DSP platforms in Europe.
• Strong understanding of CTV ecosystem, programmatic buying, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Experience in performance reporting, campaign measurement, and translating results into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of performance campaigns on CTV using DSPs in Europe.
• Define and activate data segments and audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor delivery and performance against KPIs; optimize targeting, bidding, budgets, and execution.
• Own the percentage of campaigns achieving KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop performance reports; translate results into actionable insights and learnings.
• Establish best practices for campaign implementation, optimization, measurement, and reporting across CTV campaigns.
