Adikteev in Barcelona is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape the roadmap for programmatic supply accessed by our DSP. You will translate partner and data insights into product priorities and measurable improvements, working with Engineering, Data and Sales to deliver value for clients.

You have 5+ years in Product Management, strong analytical skills and experience with ad tech, marketplaces or complex digital systems. The role supports flexible remote work and includes a quarterly bonus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with data-driven products.
• Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, DSPs/SSPs or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into priorities.
• Excellent communication with Engineering, Data and commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for your scope.
• Analyze performance data, auction dynamics, platform behavior and partner feedback.
• Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and outcomes.
• Work closely with Engineering throughout discovery, design, development and delivery.
• Partner with Data to define analyses, dashboards and metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align product decisions with business goals.
• Build relationships with SSP partners and inform priorities with market insights.
• Create product documentation and training materials to support adoption.
• Communicate product decisions and progress to stakeholders.
