Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to relocate to Barcelona, Spain. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high service standards and operational performance, with KPI and SLA monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires managing training, reporting, and collaboration with Quality and senior stakeholders. Relocation support is provided, and the work schedule is Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer service teams.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Danish is a plus.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and performance data.
• Knowledge of CRM processes and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service Team to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality and senior stakeholders; support training and reporting.
• Oversee daily operations and scheduling (Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00).
