Job summary

Flanks is seeking a Financial Customer Support Intern based in Barcelona. You will own the onboarding and day-to-day support of our strategic clients, working within the Tech team and reporting to the CISO.

This role blends client needs with our engineering roadmap and offers hands-on exposure to both technical and relationship aspects of fintech. You will translate client requirements into specs, manage development timelines, and be the first point of contact for issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent level of Spanish; English is a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication.
• Structured, organized approach to juggling multiple requests.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Some exposure to financial markets or wealth management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SQL or databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for new features and integrations and translate them into clear specs for the team.
• Own and manage the timeline of new developments, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress.
• Be the first point of contact for client issues, triaging and resolving them or escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track.
