You will collaborate with the WW Sales Center Director and country teams to align with commercial objectives and drive onboarding, training, and KPI development for improved sales productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or related field.
• Extensive experience in sales center operations or large-scale operational management.
• Experience working across multiple countries or markets preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes operating framework for SC functions, defining expectations and country-specific performance measures.
• Oversees SC site operations, including maintenance, readiness, and workplace standards.
• Drives enablement, onboarding, training, and KPI visibility across teams.
• Coordinates hiring plans, headcount, and ramp schedules with countries.
• Leads expansion activities for the Barcelona site based on business needs.
