Adeas Rh in Barcelona seeks a detail‑oriented Central Lab Project Coordinator to support clinical trials. You will coordinate Central Lab projects, liaise with clients, CROs and clinical centres, and ensure timely delivery of project materials.

You will oversee preparation of trial kits, manage shipments of biological samples, and maintain accurate Central Lab documentation. English fluency is essential, with other languages a plus, and strong MS Office skills are required.

Formación

• University degree or professional training in Life Sciences.
• Proven experience in coordinating and executing projects.
• Excellent level of English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; hands-on approach.
• High motivation and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Central Lab projects within clinical trials and liaise with clients, CROs, and clinical centres.
• Oversee preparation of clinical trial kits and related materials.
• Manage shipment of biological samples, liaise with couriers, handle incidents, and obtain import-export permits.
• Handle orders and supplier management, including placing orders and reviewing items.
• Prepare and maintain Central Lab documentation (e.g., Lab Manuals, Clinical Forms).
