Worldwide Clinical Trials in Barcelona seeks a Clinical Operations Site Manager to lead IHCRA recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring high-quality trial execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across therapeutic areas, mentor IHCRAs, review metrics, and help maintain regulatory compliance and timelines in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Formación

• Minimum requirement of a science-based degree and clinical research experience.
• Experience interviewing IHCRA candidates and onboarding.
• Solid knowledge of how FDA regulations and ICH guidelines apply to trials.
• Familiarity with EDC systems and TMF processes.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and select IHCRA candidates and onboard them for projects.
• Mentor IHCRAs and provide performance guidance.
• Maintain regular communication and 1:1s to review quality metrics.
• Escalate IHCRA performance issues on projects.
• Review time cards and approve hours for contractors.
• Ensure Sciforma assignments and workloads are accurate.
• Support CAPA writing and director-level initiatives.
• Approve IHCRA PTO requests and manage non-billable expenses.
