LIM Global Consulting, S.L. is supporting a client building a hospital-like training center in Barcelona. The role centers on leading business development to boost sales, while taking P&L responsibility for the center and building a new team around it.

Fluency in English, Catalan and Spanish is required, and prior experience in surgical settings is highly valued. You will coordinate with CRO partners and other resources to ensure superb client service.

Our client is a pre-clinical Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in pig models dedicated to innovative solutions for biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.

To support its business plan, they is building an impressive, hospital-like training center in Barcelona that can meet the training needs for any medical device supplier.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead business development activities. Boost Sales is the major responsibility of this position.
• Manage the center (P&L responsibility).
• Build the new team.
• Coordinate with any other necessary resources from the CRO or third companies to provide clients with superb service.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience organizing and leading complex events.
• Nursing or surgical-related studies are highly valued.
• Experience working in or managing surgical areas is highly valued.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Complete fluency in English, Catalan and Spanish.
