Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or related role with proven success.
• 6+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities.
• 6+ months customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to recommend products and services.
• Experience in cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology to engage customers.
