You will process transactions, handle cash, maintain accurate cash drawers, and identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
